Gaetan Joseph Jean - Claude Coderre II

Gaetan Joseph Jean-Claude Coderre II, 34 of Sheffield, VT passed away at his home on September 4, 2026. He was born on August 24, 1992 in Morrisville, VT to Trina Coderre.

Gaetan loved his family and would do anything for his mom and brothers. In his spare time he enjoyed camping, fishing, panning for gold and other metals and gems, exploring, hunting, gardening and writing songs. He also followed his Christian beliefs by reading his bible daily.

He is survived by his mother Trina (Coderre) LaBounty, step father Douglas LaBounty, brothers Ridge Coderre, Ethan LaBounty and fiancé Tia McLeod, Robert, Byron and Tristan Burdick, nephew Matteo LaBounty and his father Robert Burdick Sr. He is also survived by his God parents and Aunt and Uncle Sherman and Michelle Coderre, Aunt Tealla and Uncle Roger Rodrigue, Uncle Ed Coderre and Uncle Matthew LaBounty, and several cousins that were like siblings.

He was predeceased by his daughter Aubrey, Grandparents Gaetan and Alice Coderre, Edwin Burdick and his Aunts Tina Hall and Shirley Lawson.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday September 12, 2026 at St. Theresa’s Catholic Cemetery in Orleans with Father Greg Caldwell officiating.
