William Charles Rivard "Bebe", 76, passed away peacefully on June 10, 2026 due to complications from Agent Orange exposure, surrounded by his loving wife Carolyne Norway-Rivard, Cory, Sheila, Sue, Dolly, Donna and April.

Bebe was born to parents Gerard and Doris (Hussey) Rivard in Newport, VT. He is survived by his wife Carolyne Norway-Rivard and children Cory Rivard, Joe (Susan) Rivard, Tammie Rivard, Daren (Brittany) Rivard, Nathan (Anna) Rivard, Sheila (Joe) Luty, along with many grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Bebe is survived by his sister Rosemary Hall (Dolly), brothers Ronald (Nellie) Rivard and Robert (Susan) Rivard and sister Susan Rivard. He is also survived by sisters-in-law Virginia Davis, Gail Norway Daddario, Ruth Norway and Donna Norway.
