Timothy Ray Bernier, 37, of Derby Line, VT passed away on February 17, 2026 in Newport, VT. He was born on February 25, 1988 in Newport, VT.

Timothy was a 2009 graduate of North Country Union High School. He enjoyed swimming, playing video games and loved music.

He is survived by his mother Frances Bernier, as well as his biological mother Laura Fortin. He is survived by his siblings Michael Bernier and his wife Sue, Tom Bernier and his wife Celine, Jeanine LaCourse, Shannon Bernier, Robert Bernier and his wife Jen, Mechelle Bernier, Anna Streeter and her husband Dan and Rebecca Sweeney. He is also survived by many other family members and friends, including Oliver Bernier and Estella Streeter.

He was predeceased by his father Raymond Bernier, his sister Julie Richards, his cousin Jacob Tourangeau and his grandfather Raymond Fortin.

Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. until the hour of the funeral at 12:00 P.M. on Saturday February 28, 2026 at the Newport Baptist Church with Rev. David Lisner officiating.
