Samuel A. Davis, 50, of Newport, VT passed away on August 8, 2026 in Lebanon, NH. He was born on April 17, 1976 in San Joaquin, CA to Shannon Rene Lyne Updyke.

Samuel was a self-employed contractor for many years, as well as being an active member of the West Charleston Volunteer Fire Department. In his spare time he loved fishing, 4 wheeling, RC cars, sitting around a bonfire, camping, snowmobiling, was a survivalist and loved all kinds of animals.

He is survived by his partner Kandee Shatney, his children Meadow Von Atzingen, Braxton Judkins, Logan Judkins, Luca Shatney and Willough Judkins, grandchild Rainbow Bright Von Atzingen, half-sister Shannon Webb, longtime best fisherman friend Ron Chamberlin, all his brother and sisters on the West Charleston Fire Department and his loving pets Aries and Wickett.

He was predeceased by his sister Sheri Poulin and his Father Joseph Casto.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
