Paul Germain Poulin, aged 66, passed away unexpectedly on July 11, 2026, leaving his family and friends with profound sadness.

From Stanstead, Quebec, Paul later made his home in Newport, Vermont.

He lived life with an adventurous spirit and a generous heart. Paul was happiest outdoors, whether he was catching fresh powder backcountry skiing or navigating rugged trails on his mountain bike.  He brought an unforgettable energy to every adventure, and he was known by everyone for his contagious laugh and great smile.

He was a loved brother, uncle, and loyal friend whose bright presence will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Paul is survived by his sisters, Joanne and Mary-Anne Poulin, as well as his niece and nephew, Daphnée and Philippe Garneau.

A celebration of his life will be announced by the family at a future time.
