Julie A. Richards of Derby passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, April 4, 2025.  Julie leaves behind her two children, Chris Richards and his fiancé, Shelly Abbott, her daughter Erin Richards, and her grandchildren Taylor, Riley, Landon, Brycen, and Brielle.  She is also survived by her Mom, Fran Bernier, several brothers and sisters, and nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her father, Raymond Bernier.

Julie, a true nature lover, found joy in the simple beauty of the outdoors.  She loved her gardens and being outside with her beloved pets.  Working with her hands, she created such beautiful pieces of artwork which her family will continue to treasure.

A celebration of her life will be held at her son's home in E. Charleston on Saturday, 5/31/25, at 1PM.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Pope Memorial Frontier Animal Society @ 4473 Barton Orleans Rd, Orleans, VT  05860
