Ethan M. Carpenter, 26, of West Charleston, VT passed away on May 8, 2022 in West Charleston, VT. He was born on July 13, 1995 in St. Johnsbury, VT to Terry Carpenter and Catherine Clark.

Ethan was most recently employed as a landscaper for Lake Hills Landscaping. His passion was fishing, but he also enjoyed hunting, ice fishing, hiking, kayaking, four wheeling, camping and anything to do with the outdoors.

He is survived by his mother Catherine Clark and her fiancé David Dick of Derby Line, VT, his oldest sister Michaela Clark, her fiancé Tyler Shatney, and their children Ryker and Lowen Shatney of Derby Line, VT, his youngest sister Olivia Carpenter of Baltimore, MD, his maternal grandmother Nancy Clark of Newport, VT, his uncle Daniel Clark, his wife Vanessa and their son Liam of Orlando, FL, and several cousins on his father's side.  Ethan also kept a special place in his heart for his dog Moose.

He was predeceased by his father Terry Carpenter, maternal grandfather John Clark, and his paternal grandparents Gardner and Madeleine Carpenter.
