Edith Brown, 82, of Newport Center, VT passed away at her home on November 6, 2021. She was born on October 23, 1939 in Newburyport, MA to the late Raymond and Bonnie (Lewis) Godfrey.

Edith was employed at Pratt & Whitney for many years as an office manager. She loved her cats Moosey and Pepper as they were a big part of her life, she also enjoyed watching birds, collecting Anna-Lee Dolls, and hummingbirds. She also went camping, snowmobiling and fishing. Old westerns, mystery movies and the Hallmark channels were her favorite. She always had the most beautiful African Violets you ever saw.

She is survived by her step children: Deborah Brown and Ronald Sanville of Orleans and Newport Center, VT, Tracy Machado of Massachusetts, and Ronald Brown Jr and his wife Karen of Georgia, 7 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and one cousin Patty and Frasier Clark of Hudson, NH.

She was predeceased by her parents and her husband Ronald Brown, Sr, also of Newport Center, VT
