Barbara Jeanne Eleanor Letourneau, 82, of Derby, Vermont passed away unexpectedly on January 14, 2026 in Lebanon, New Hampshire. She was born on October 12, 1943 in Sherbrooke, Quebec to Raymond and Stephanie Rita (Cowlin) Dutton. On August 5,1960 she married Philip A. Letourneau, Sr who survives her.
She and her husband operated the Letourneau Farm for many years. Among her hobbies, she enjoyed shopping, playing 5Crowns cards, and tending to her family. She was a communicate of St. Edward's Catholic Church in Derby Line.
Barbara is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Philip A. Letourneau, Sr, by her children: Gerald and Kelly Letourneau, Deborah and Martin Kehoe, Jeanne and David Holmes, Gus and Sandy Letourneau, by her grandchildren: Ashley and Steven Rice, Erik Pare, His significant other Courtney, Joshua and Cole Logan Letourneau and Corey Holmes and Kelly, also by her great grandchildren: Madison Letourneau-Kinney, Rita Rice, Ruby Rice, and Celine, by her sister Carol and Raymond Duquette, Stepsister Pam Dutton by her brother-in-law Laurent and Alicia Letourneau, and sisters-in-law Delia and Dolores Letourneau and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, by her granddaughter Angelicia Letourneau, and brothers-in-law Pierre, Leon, Joseph, Antoine, Paul, Reginald and Andre Letourneau, sisters-in-law Cecile Fortin, Simone Piette and Theresa Fortin.
Friends may call from 4-6 P.M. at the Curtis-Britch & Bouffard Funeral Home, 4670 Darling Hill Road, Derby on Friday January 30, 2026. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday January 31, 2026 at St. Edward's Catholic Church in Derby Line where a mass of Christian burial will be celebrated. Spring interment in St. Edward's Catholic Cemetery. Should friends desire, contributions in her memory may be made to Mater Dei Parish, (for St. Edward's Catholic Church)191 Clermont Terrace, Newport, Vermont 05855.
